Stretton Green is a prestigious award-winning luxury development of 31 properties located in the Cheshire countryside. The estate is located 10 miles from Chester and offers an enviable lifestyle adjacent to the stunning golf course of the Carden Park Hotel.
The contract comprised of estate roads and sewers construction, reinforced concrete floor slabs with ground heave protection solutions, plot drainage works and hard landscaping. Foul water was discharged to ground via a drainage field which received treated water from the new foul water treatment plant and associated pumping station.
The external materials consisted of decorative 14mm red granite chippings sourced from Scotland, placed upon ground stabilisation grids with aluminium edging and cobble stone demarcation borders.
Redrow’s bespoke development won the coveted Gold Award with What House? awards for best exterior design and was highly commended in the best development in Cheshire category at the UK Property Awards.
