Maes Lletroed is a small development of three detached dwellings situated within the small popular village of Penysarn.
Each two-storey property benefits from full central heating, uPVC double glazing, integral garage, blocked paved driveway and gardens to front and rear. Internal layouts include 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, open plan kitchen, sun-room and dining area and a modern spacious living room. The properties were built to a very high standard and benefit from a 10 year buildmark warranty.
