The contract comprised of:
- Conversion of existing building into offices
- Conversion of existing building into apartments

Dee Hills Park is a luxury riverside development which overlooks the River Dee, Chester.
The contract comprised the construction of a new boathouse along with south-facing private landscape gardens with direct river access and frontage. We converted the existing grade II listed Georgian building into two luxury apartments and converted the basement rooms into a modern open plan office space.
The company also carried out the interior construction fit-out works to the upper floor penthouse which encompassed 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, gym, open plan living space and state of the art kitchen.
